Carolina Flounder Fillet

 Flounder is one of the most popular fish from the sea and we get only the best fish in from our local fisherman.   Raw flounder ranges from tan to pinkish to snow white, but cooked meat is pure white, lean, flaky and delicate with an extremely mild flavor.  Fish is sold the "Carolina" way with the skin on but can be skinned per request.
